Use the pricing examples below as a guide, and feel free to reach out for a customized quote for your event. A few things to keep in mind:
Host can cover all costs, or a group booking code can be provided for guests to book/pay for themselves. Host can price rooms as preferred to reduce or eliminate costs.
1-day event rentals do not include rooms. Exclusive use of the Main Lodge and grounds begins at 2pm on your event day and ends at 11am the following day to allow for clean-up. No outside hotel bookings are allowed during your event night. Your guests are welcome to book hotel rooms. Additional hotel nights may be available, but cannot be booked until 3 months prior to check-in.
Mid-Season Family Reunion Example
