Belinda 

I am a Yoga teacher, certified through Yoga Alliance as E-RYT® 500 and YACEP, with 15+ years of experience teaching Yoga. My teaching style is inclusive and supportive of all body types and abilities (kids to seniors). I am also a certified Health Coach, and work with folks to help them meet their health/lifestyle goals.

Over many years of Yoga study, practice and teaching, I have discovered practices that ease, regulate and change our states of being.

Whether it is helping the body recover from an injury, or soothing the mind after a rough day – I love teaching simple practices that, over time, lead to remarkable results.

As a Health Coach, I use mind-body practices along with traditional coaching techniques to support my clients in making lasting lifestyle and behavior changes. I partner with my clients to increase their self- knowledge and awareness, set personal goals, and create and maintain habits.

I am most interested in working with folks who, like me, struggle from time to time with physical and/or emotional difficulties. Folks who are ready to tackle a challenge whether it is an achy back, a monkey- mind or a chronic illness.
